Could The Cramps After A Non Penetrative Sex Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hello, about like 2 or almost 3 weeks ago my boyfriend rubbed his penis against my vagina there was not penetration or ejaculation before during or after, i was told its not likely for pregnancy to happen but im worried because this month is about to end and i have not gotten my period though my breast hurts and last week i had a transparent fluid which i get every month before my period. I have been getting little cramps and im blown up i have all the symptoms i get before my period but i haven't had it. Is it possible to be pregnant?
