Could The Cut In Nostril Caused Due To Snorting Meth Heal By Itself?

Hello I been snortin meth For a while now to stay up for my double shifts at work and i would clean my nose every 5 mins after snorting each time but i for got one time ti ckean my nose and i noticed i had a wall of meth on the inside of my nostril and im thinkin around 2 hrs its been there i nEver scratched or touched my nose and now its dry and feels like its cut will it heal or burn through
