Could The Delay In My Period Be Due To The Unprotected Genital Rubbing?

Hi doctor, actually I and my boyfriend had a protected sex. But for a while we had rubbed our genitals without protection. Even though he didn t release anything into my vagina. But I found a very little amount of transparent liquid outside my vagina. Near to the thigh area. I even asked him he said it s not the thing which I am thinking of. And I immediately washed up the area. But my period date was 21. And till now it has not occurred. I even had Ovulation. Still I am feeling little cramps on both side. But till now my period has not arrived. Can you suggest me what exactly has happened. Thank you in advance.
