Could The Delayed Period Be Caused By Primolut N?

Hi doctor i take permlut N medcn for delaying my period aftr that i have normal periods but on wnd time i did not get menstrual cycle on time my ultrasound is negative my pregnancy rapid test is alsoo negative but my urine lab teat is positive is it positive that it might be delay by medcn and urine lab test is fale to positive pregnancy test????
