Could The Delayed Periods Be Due Elevated Sugar Levels?

hello, i am a type 2 diabetic and i havent gotten my period at all this month, i was supposed to get it about a week ago according to my cycle and i have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they are all negative. i have not been pregnant or trying for about 5 years now and i have had all the pregnancy symptoms but nothing is showing on the test. my sugar has been as high as 215 and i am on insulin. i control it that way and i am also wondering if it would show up on a blood test?
