Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To Anemia?

im on cerazette pill, but i havent had a period for 2 months. i was aneamic when i was pregnant and i lost alot of blood through my c-section. Could i still be aneamic? is that why i havent had my period yet? Plus ive been sick once. Im feeling very tired from waking up of a morning and going to bed quiet early of a evening.
