Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To Stress?

Hello,

I have been kind of stressed out allot because of my final exams and my usual time period for my period has not occurred and I am currently about 1/2 weeks late than usual.

I kind of panic allot and I am not sure what to do about this... Is there anyway that I could make my period occur faster or come sooner like within the next week because I am panicky and not sure what to do.
