Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To Tonsillectomy Or Unprotected Sex?

Hi, I'm 18 and I had sex with my Boyfriend. He put his penis inside for less then a minute before I told him he needed a condom. I missed my period this month, but in this month I have had my Tonsils removed. Could I be late from the medicine and the surgery?
