Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To Withdrawal Of Contraceptive Pills?

Hello,

I went off birth control in December, I had my period right after I stopped the pill, and then had another cycle right on time 3 weeks later. I am now almost 2 weeks late for my next cycle...I have taken 2 home preganancy tests and they both were negative. I have been experiencing some symptoms of what could be early pregnancy, like bloating, really thirsty, some nausea...but as I can see they are all also symptoms of going off of the pill. My question is, I know that the pill can throw off your cycle for some time after going off of it, but is this likely the reason since I did have a totally normal cycle already?
