Could The Delayed Periods With HCG Level Of 0.1 Be Due To Pregnancy?
Hi. I am 25 yr old having a complaint of bulky t ummy.I had missed abortion on 27 dec with laproscopy and appendicetomy. After that my montly cycle came on 20 feb for 2 days after that no montly cycle so i done hcg test of mine today tht is 0.1. And now i am upset.
Medical history,I have one daughter. She is now 3.5 yr old. My daughter is a case of IUGR deliverd by operation in 2007 sep 9. After that i was fine with regular cycle suddenly last year after feb in march i skippd my monthly cycle, my fault is i didnt done hcg test then bleeding start in april heavy, clots which is suspecious for me i went to doc she done ultra sound which indicates clots in utrus doc said might be early pagnancy but we dont have any prove. No DNC done. After that i got hospitalizd on 16 april 2010 with unknown pain.d/d appendix,stone in kidney0.7cm, mild PID. Again hospitalizd on 27 may 2010with lower abdominal pain and vomitgs nothing diagnosed again. Then after that i again start my job im a cordinator in medical edu dept. Then i again start geting week,nausa,pain etc in october i done my hcg test on 31 oct 2010 i.e 25157raisd in weeks on 7 nov 2010 its 47828 ,u/s no fetal pole,missed abostion. Incomplete D/E done on 29 nov then RPOCs occur again repeat procedure on 27 dec and now this that i mention u already. Please tell me what to do.
