Could The Delayed Periods With Pain In Lower Back Be Due To Copper T?

Sir, I am 23 years old, female, from the past 4 months i am on copper t. Till the periods were regular. But this month (march) it was late 5 day from my date, and I have also lower abdomin pain and backache. i want to know is it because of the copper t or any other reson. thank you
