Could The Delayed Periods With Sore Breasts Be Due To Pregnancy?

hi me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 10 months, this month my period is 10 days late and my breasts are really sore and i feel very sick all the time. but every home pregnancy test that i do is negative. starting to get a bit worried as my period is never late. thanks leanne
