Could The Dull Aching Pain And Tingling Sensitivity In My Penis After Gym Workouts Be Related To My Prostatitis?

I suffer from prostatitis which only flares up every once in a while but lately every time i go to the gym afterwards i get a dull aching pain and tingling sensitivity in my penis which lasts a few days then when i go back it starts up again any solution would be greatly appreciated
