hi doctor I am having irregular periods problem from past 6 months. I am geeting lots of acne on my face.Recent ultrasound reports shows endometrial thickended and measures 6mm. ovaries are prominent and they show multiple small follicles measuring 3to 4mm. will krimson 35 solve my problem if yes how long i can take it
