Could The Faint Lines On The Pregnancy Test Strip Be Positive?

I have taken two tests now (clearblue and First Response), one four days before and one today (three days before)...both have very faint lines that indicate apparently positive. My cycle is 28 days and is due this Friday. Should I take another test or should I look at these faint lines as positive?
