Could The Feeling Of Lump Be Due To Food Stuck In Throat?

i got a pack of pepperoni it is a firm plastic package. where they punched the hole to be able to hang on rack the 2 pieces must have stayed attached and fell in when i opened it to eat a couple pieces. the one side of it stayed in my mouth and i was able to get it out but the other side of it is stuck in my throat. i can feel it which is really irritating and no matter what i eat or drink i can't get it to move up or down i think it is just stuck to the side of my throat. any help would be great...
