Could The Feeling Of Pressure And Tenderness Near The J Tube Be A Matter Of Concern?

My mom had a temporary j-tube and the liquid she pumps in has been coming out of the hole in her side where the j-tube goes. She says it happens when she has the pump set to a higher output but it also happend when she flushed the tube with water. also she says she feels like something is poking her inside and she feels very tender there. is this normal or an emergency?
