Could The Feeling Of Smelling Bleach Be Due To Deficiency?

For the past couple weeks I have been smelling bleach intermittently. I do not use bleach products in my home so this smell is starting to concern me. Last night my shampoo smelled like bleach to me and any other time it smells amazing. When I reach peak performance in my workouts I smell bleach occasionally. It s also starting to be a more frequent smell during the day. When I first noticed it, it only lasted for a short time and I didn t smell it again until about a week later. The more time that goes by, the more often I smell it? I sleep for long hours,I feel fatigued most of the day. Could this be a possible deficiency or something I should worry about?
