Could The Fibroids In The Uterus Be A Matter Of Concern?

DOctor, I am a 44 yr old woman having normal mensuration. Recently during my health checkup, the scan details about seeding fibroid about 2.2*2.1 cms. I would like to know whether there is any complication with such problem? Do i need to undergo an operation? Kindly reply
