Could The Fluttering Feeling In Abdomen Be Pregnancy Symptom?

I started taking Clearblue ovulation test beginning Cycle day 9 of April on April 9th and 10th my test were negative, today is my cycle day 11th and I got a positive on my ovulation test, before I had intercourse I put on some preseed, this occured around 3:30pm. Since 4:40 I have been feeling a fluttering feeling inside my entire stomach, as if it was gas but I have not been feeling upset on my stomach. I eat right and exercise and this is just a weird feeling that is hard to explain, could it have to do with pregnancy?
