Could The Gluteus Maximus Infection Which Looks Like Eczema Be An STD?

helo sir,I am male 25 years of age. I have a skin infection that has been persistent for a while now...it hasn't spread nor has it ended, it appears more like eczima(as said by one of the doctors) or it could be a fungal infection(as said by another). I had consulted few dermatologists, and used conzole-B as a cream. it particularly appears on both sides of gluteus maximus! could this be a STD? and can I be a risk to my partner?
