Could The Lower Abdomen Pain Be Due To UTI?

my mom went to the doctor after having pain on her right lower abdominal area, then the pain moved to the opposte left side and to the left back area. She also had a pulling feeling and she was bloated. She had a urine sample test done, and it showed uti in a mid range infection. She took antibiotics for 5 days and she feels better however she's got a feeling of "something being there" on both sides of her lower abdomen. COuld that be ovaries? Could antibiotics not work properly?
