Could The Lower Abdominal Pain Be Due To Miscarriage With HCG Level Of 5254Miu/ml?

Hi Doctor...My Beta HCG test today shows 5254 Miu/ml. I am having slight lower abdominal pain (not too much and not very regular). I am also having a cold (throat infection). I am worried if it is a symptom of miscarriage. Could you please advice. Thank you, Roopa
