Could The Lump Above My Right Breast And Associated Pain Be Cancerous, Even If The X-ray Shows A Rib Fracture?

I noticed a lump above my right breast and my primary doctor send me to do xray and told me I had a rib fracture. I have a shoulder and hand pain and also stapping pain in brest area when bent or move. My doctor what me to do breast utrasound too should I be worried can be cancerous or not?
