Could The Lump On The Eyebrow Be Due To Scar Tissue?

Over the past summer I realized I had a bump just above my right eyebrow, it doesn t cause headaches or any thing, hasn t gotten bigger, I m thinking it might be on my skull. I do know that I have ran into something and hit that spot before, could that be the cause like scar tissue?
