Could The Lumps On My Legs Above The Ankles Be Related To Heart Disease Or Early-stage Lymphedema, Considering My History Of Coronary Artery Disease?

I have lumpy legs just above ankles that do not disappear with massaging anymore. The lumps go around legs entirely and stop just above ankles and go back in toward bone like normal. Is this my heart disease related or is it early stage lymph edema? I am 76 years and had coronary artery disease past 26 years, 2 M. I. s and 2 stents placed, cardiac rehab, followed prescribed regimen closely and have not been diagnosed heart failure. Is this an issue to see about. Current meds are; Carvedilol 12.5mg, 2x Isosorbide Mono 60mg, 1x Candesartan Cilex 32, 1x Tamsulosin HCL 0.4mg 1x
