Could The New Chest X-ray Finding Of Mild Lung Hyper-expansion And Opacity Indicate Metastatic RCC?

On last week s chest xray report, mild lung hyperexpansion and ill-defined opacity in the right upper medial hemithorax is noted and region appears more prominent than on prior study (from two years ago). This may relate to osseous structures/overlapping shadows, although underlying abnormality cannot be excuded. No pleural effusion. I had RCC stage 1 (a 2 x 3 cm tumor on left lower pole which was an incidental finding on a follow up to a kidney stone) and partial nephrectomy in 2007, and have had annual MRI s. blood work and Chest CT, but Chest CT was scaled back to simple Chest XRAY a few years ago. My cancer surgeon told me I really didn t need any more annual surveillance after 2017, but I insisted on annual tests. Lat wekk s annual Abdomenal MRI and blood work is fine. Now I am worried about the chest xray findings particularly as I missed my last (2020) chest xray because of COVID fear of going for test. I am having a Chest CT this week w and w/o contrast, and am frightened they will find RCC mets in the right lung. I have no symptoms. What do you think?
