Could The Outbreak Of Rashes Be Due To Staph Infection?

ya I get this rash every spring I thing now im getting more now it seams like Bed bug Rash or sacapibies but a doctor says its only a rash. what do I do. Now my daughter get a rash on her face but the doctor says its a staff infestinon. who telling the truth.
