Could The Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Ovarian Cysts?

Hi.3 months ago I was told I have a ovary cyst.I took some pills and after an ultra sound we saw that it is getting smaller.Since then I am continuing to use contraception pills but the pain appeared again 3 days ago and I do not feel good and feel like vomiting all the time.My stomach is swallen and I feel uncomfortable.
