Could The Pain In Back At The Hip Be Due To Endometriosis?

I have just been diagnosed with endometriosis and have had a laparoscopy and diathermy. However, before this and when my perios was due, when I was on my period and a week after my period I was experiencing pain in my right groin and this escalated to the back of my hip bone by my kidneys a couple of months ago. the pain is quite bad and is at its worst when I sneeze or try to stand up. Could the pain in my back by my hip and kidneys be linked to the endometriosis or something else. It is not a water infection as I was checked last month.
