Could The Pain In Groin Be The Withdrawal Symptom Of Nurvaring?

I had my period last week, which was fairly normal and lasted for about 3-4 days and I have stopped taking the Nurvaring over a month and half ago. I had bright red break through bleeding this week but it wasn't even enough to cover a panty liner. This happened during sex and has happened once before. At the time this happened I had extreme pain in my left side of the groin area and felt like I was going to get sick and pass out. Is this normal when you stop taking the nurvaring??
