Could The Pain In Lower Abdomen Be Due To Fibroids?

hi my name is Jasmen. I would like to know something i have a small fibroid and five days ago my plevic and my lower left abdomen start to hurt ( 1-10) 10. So i called my doctor yesterday and she gave me some diclofenac potassium and she said that it will take the pain away, but it didnt i still have the pain what should i do?
