Could The Pain In Ovary Be Due To Pregnancy Or Ovulation?

on 9/21/2010 a guy friend and I were messing around. I didnt realize what he was doing, and I felt him start to go into me. He didnt even make it half way before I made him get off. I went to the pharmacy not even 3 hours later and took it right away. Today on 9/27/2010 i am having aches on my left ovary, my cervix feels low, and i have white mucus that isnt very stretchy on my cervix. Am I about to ovulate or am I pregnant?
