Could The Pain In Pelvis Be Due To Bacterial Infection?

I've had pelvic pain for over 6 months. At the onset of the pain I went to my gynecologist. And she said that nothing is wrong. So for the past 6 months I've dealt with the pain. About 2 weeks ago the pain was unbearable so I went to urgent care. There they said I have a severe uti and put me on bactrim DS. About 4 days later the pain was worse to the fact that I couldn't get up. I went to the emergency room were they said I have a bacterial infection that ate at my vagina bladder and was spreading to my kidneys. And they gave me Vicodin for pain and flagyl for the infection. The problem now is last night a brown discharge started and then went to blood and is now back to brown. And the pain is worse. The only meds I am currently on is seasonique flagyl nortriptoline and Vicodin as needed. I need advice on were do I go from here. Back to the e.r or just a sit and wait process?
