Could The Painful, Changing-size Lump In My Right Groin, Along With Increased Urination Be A Serious Concern?

I have developed a pain, discomfort AND a large lump that changes size in right side groin area. At first I thought it was after drinking coffee as it occurred quickly. Now it is coming and some days staying all the time. I have list 175 lbs in a little over a year (surgery) it hurts standing up. I have also increased peeing as well. Don t have family doctor. I am now concerned.
