Could The Pale Pink Ball Under The Clitoral Hood Be A Detached Clitoris?

Hello, I’m a 20 y/o girl. Since a few months a have found out that my clitoris looked a bit weird, or at least what I thought was my clitoris. Giving a bit information, i think my clitorishood is much more closed that what I see in textbooks/online. Like it isnt fully closed and i can expose my clitoris a bit when i stretch it upwards, however it isnt as easy as should be i think. So since a few months i see that there has been some brown colored build up dirt (period blood i guess) under the hood. Since then i always tried to clean it with a q tip and i ended up wwith a really pale looking hard ball that didnt feel sensitive but when a touched it a bit higher and over de hood, i could still feel tingels. Okay long story short when i was cleaning my ‘clitoris’ with more pressure that there was some pink residu on the Q-tip. And then when i started to think that the pale pink ball i saw under my clitorishood wasnt my clitoris and was just build up too. Now first i did think it was my clitoris and that my clitoris was dead so i didnt dare touch it. Okay fast forward today, I am currently on my period and when i went to the bathroom to change my pad, i tried to clean the blood normally and suddenly the pale pink ball came lose and ‘fell out’. This didnt hurt and there was no blood coming from under the clitorishood either. Now under the clitorishood is just (healthy looking) pink flesh. I tried to touch it and it does feel like there are nerves there but it does feel quite flat.. now my question is whether this is possible? Could that hard ball just be months, maybe years of build up (i am still virgin btw)? Or was the hard ball really my clitoris? Meaning my clitoris quite literally fell off? Please anwser, i cant go to the doctors until tomorrow and im really stressing over this. (Sorry if some of this wasnt logic, english isnt my first language)
