Could The Pregnancy While On Treatment For Chlamydia Be Ectopic?

About a month ago I got diagnosed with Chlamydia, and took antibiotics but symptoms didn't go away. I just took a home pregnancy test and tested positive, but when I called the doctor's office they said there was no need to see me before 10 weeks. I'm nervous the antibiotics didn't work and this could be a ectopic pregnancy.
