Could The Rash On My Buttocks Be A Normal Skin Irritation, Or Should I Get Tested For An Infection Like Herpes?

Hi, I am experiencing a rash on my behind. The rash is located on the old between my legs and behind. It feels like dry skin. I also have some bumps higher up. I have a fear of getting herpes, so I continue to check my genitals for signs. I’ve been checking my genitals for 4.5 days and there are no signs of anything, but I feel paranoid and occasionally feel a sensitive feeling by my penis head. I do not know if I am truly feeling this or if I am creating it by worrying. The rash on my bottom has persisted for roughly 3 days. Do you think this is just a normal rash or should I get tested for something?
