Could The Rashes On The Body Be Due To Psoriasis?

Hi my name is Rachel and my 18 month old has had a rash for about 8 or 9 days and i was waiting to take her to a doctor to see if the rash would clear up in a week or so but it seems to be the same and spreading to new areas i saw some pictures of different rashes complimentary of WWW.WWWW.WW and it looks alot like psoriasis what should i do take her to a doctor or is there something else i can do?
