Could The Rashes On The Body Be Due To Shingles?

Next I had to take antibiotics becuase the doctor said in some adults some kind of Measles herpes flare up due to stress because she thought I had shingles, Then, the doctor thought I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and shingles

because my hands are numb . Well, she had me see a neurologist and he suggested I do MRI brain test to rule out dystrophy absence kills cells or Muscular Dystrophy Now, it is four months and After I eat, I have an inability to relax stomach muscles. Every time I walk to the bus as I claim up the bus' stairs I really feel stomach tightness. I feel stiffness andstomach spasm and rib stiffness. I have an inability to relax the stomach's contracted muscle. Help are there other test I can take?
