Could The Recurring Sharp Pain And New Asymmetrical Lumps On My Left Ribs Be More Than Intercostal Muscle Damage, Possibly Cancer?

Hello, I ve been experiencing sharp pain and discomfort in my left ribcage area, underneath my pectoral, which is consistent with a past injury and has reoccured several times. I m familiar with the type of pain, and have put it down to intercostal muscle damage. Now, however, I m more concerned. I have researched costocondritis, but I have been lost weight and now I can see asymmetrical lumps on my lower left ribs. I m of course very worried that I might have cancer. Can you help?
