Could The Recurring Swelling And Discharge In My Father S Right Abdomen After Gallbladder Surgery Be A Seroma?

My father has a large in right abdomen aftee 1.5 year of gall bladder laproscorpic operation.. It is getting tightee from inside day by day we visita a docter and he drained it and clean by doing cut on it bur after one month it is again start getting tighter from inside and still discharge is coming from inside... It it seroma or othee thing?
