Could The Reddish Area, Mild Itching, And Irritation On My Penis Be Balanitis?

I am 36 years old male with height 5.11 & weight 52 kgs. I have been experiencing reddish area on the tip of my penis under foreskin since 4 months which is now spreading further with mild itching & irritation symptoms. I follow a proper hygiene to clean it with no use of soaps or other products & only tried applying coconut oil but its not going. When i wake up in the morning, its good with not much reddish spots but later during daytime it turns reddish. I googled & found very much similar to balanitis as i haven t circumcised during childhood. Please suggest good ointments & antibiotics...
