Could The Results Of The Biopsy And Mild Dyskaryosis Cause PID ?

Hi I have been suffering with all the symptoms of PID since october last year, and still had no diagnosis, i have had an ultra sound and CT scan looking for Gall stones or Kidney stones but nothing has showed up. I have just recently been diagnosed with Mild Dyskaryosis and abnormal biopsy results, could the results of the biopsy cause PID?
