Could The Ruptured Appendix Be Connected To Molluscum Dermatitis?

My 4 year old grandson had a ruptured appendix 2 months ago and has healed well. However, he was just diagnosed with Molluscum Dermatitis, could there be a connection? He also suffers from Asthma and has a number of food allergies, including peanuts. He looks and acts like a typical 4 year old but seems as though he is sick a lot. Thank you.
