Could The Severe Pain In Abdomen Be Due To Ovarian Cyst?

I've been to ER 2X's in the past 6 weeks. The 1st X they discovered a 19mm cyst on my ovary. I was in horrible pain. Yesterday I went back to the ER again w/ horrible pain. Found out the 19mm cyst has gotten bigger and I also have a smaller cyst on my right ovary. My Mother has ovarian cancer. I go to the OBGYN this Friday. What are my options for dealing w/ this? Should I talk about a total hysterectamy especially because of MOM's ovarian cancer? I'm 44 years old. Don't want more children. 5' 3''.135 lbs. Meds I take- Wellbutrin sr,trazadone, xanax, vicodin for the pelvic pain and flexerall for the pain in my back from the cysts.
