Could The Sickness Be Detected Through Vaginal Touch Test?

Good evening, I accompanied my wife to a gynecologue in Abidjan (she is Ivory Coast) I was with my wife and the doctor in the cabinet(office), the medecin made a vaginal touch which lasted approximately 3 minutes???



At the end of the examination he(it) felt(smelt) the finger and said to me " that smells well she is not sick " is it normal?
