Could The Slight Bleeding, Backaches, Stomach Cramping, And Trouble Sleeping Be Related To Taking Primolut Noresthisterone?

hi , i have irregular periods on april 1st my doctor advised me to take primolut noresthirone 5 mg tablet thrice a day april 1st -7th april , after that 8th april to 21st april suggest me to take 2 tablets per day by taken this 21 days of medicine am planning for a baby also . on 26 th april i had slight bleeding clots after that it seems like very little bleeding am not using pads also and am having backaches , cramping in my stomach and not able to sleep on one side
