Could The Slow Increase Of HCG Values Be Due To Viable Pregnancy?

i am 8 wks pregnant according to my last period. at 7 weeks an ultrasound showed the yolk sac. in the same week, 2 hcg blood tests done 48 hrs apart showed an increase of hcg from 40000 to 50000. this seems like a slow increase. is this a viable pregnancy?
