Could The Small, Pea-like White Lump Above My Clitoris That S Sensitive After Masturbation Be From Friction?

I have a lump above my clitoris inside the prepuce. It s been there for a few years, at least I think, I only really noticed examining myself today and trying to learn about the parts of my genitalia. It tends to hurt after masturbating for too long, then it s too sensitive to be touched. I tend to rub it whilst rubbing my clit. I am not sexually active with other people. Could this just be due to regular friction in that area? When feeling the lump it feels like a pea, maybe smaller, but when turning the hood inside out it looks smaller and is white, I tried squeezing, I can t pop it so it s not a spot, should I worry about it or not. I don t like going to the doctors so unless it s something to be concerned about, I d rather not go
